Fatal Error Check

Identify the error, eliminate

its cause, and clear the

error.

Follow the Memory Error

Check flowchart if a

memory error has occurred.

Is the ERR indi-

cator lit?

Determine the cause

of the error with a

Programming Device.

Replace the CPU

Board.

Is PC mode displayed

on Programming

Device?

Turn the power

supply OFF, and

then ON again.

Switch to RUN or

MONITOR mode.
